• RVU-6 / hr onsite
• Additional coverage needed from 1 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm
• Minimum 5 shifts per month

License Requirement :

Must have FL license and DEA at the time of submission

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
