As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Pro Shop while providing top-notch service to our valued guests.

Position : Pro Shop Attendant

Location : Jersey Meadow Golf Course

Employment Type : Part-time

Key Responsibilities :

Transaction Management : Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain meticulous records.

Revenue Accountability : Ensure accountability for all Pro Shop revenue and adhere to proper accounting procedures.

Customer Service Excellence : Extend warm greetings to guests, assist with inquiries, and provide information on golf course rules and policies.

Reservation Management : Efficiently manage golf course reservations and optimize tee sheet utilization.

Pro Shop Maintenance : Maintain the Pro Shop in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.

Communication Handling : Answer telephone calls promptly and handle inquiries or messages professionally.

Financial Reporting : Compile and report daily financial accounts in accordance with established procedures.

Tournament Support : Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments as required.

Operational Support : Aid in the setup of golf carts, range facilities, and other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• Friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accurate mathematics.
• Commitment to maintaining neat and clean practices.
• Knowledge of golf course etiquette and regulations.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and split shifts (mornings and evenings).
• Capacity to provide firm and direct responses when necessary.
• Presentable appearance with a focus on cleanliness and neatness.
• Courteous attitude and strong customer service orientation.
