Job description

Job Title : Application Production Support

Location : Plano, TX

Salary Range : $65 - $70 an hour on W2

Introduction

Join our dynamic team within Global Technology, supporting Global Risk Analytics and Enterprise Independent Testing. We are committed to innovation, process improvement, and automation in risk and capital measurement, management, and reporting. This role involves providing critical support and maintaining application stability while collaborating with various technology teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience with Splunk and Autosys Job scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server) and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and draw and defend results and conclusions
  • Excellent team player with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels across the organization

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in automation to reduce manual activities
  • Motivation to achieve results and quickly integrate into teams
  • Experience in a dynamic and team-oriented environment

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide 24 x 7 first point of contact for users, monitoring, and support of application components and infrastructure
  • Respond to alerts regarding potential production incidents and proactively identify potential issues
  • Perform user ID administration access provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Track incidents and requests in a defined system and capture knowledge to keep operational procedures updated
  • Partner with change and release teams to support implementations and identify potential issues
  • Strive towards process improvement and automation
