License : South Carolina RN License preferred

Certifications : BLS required

Clienttion badge must be provided by the agency

Willingness to float within the facility as needed

Description :

This position requires an Operating Room Registered Nurse.

The unit specializes in the care of ophthalmology patients.

The shift is from 6 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Weekend coverage is not required.

There is no on-call requirement.

Holiday rotation may be required.

Floating within the Perioperative area may be necessary depending on facility needs.

Previous experience in ophthalmology is required.

First-timers are not accepted.

Candidates must have BLS certification.

A radiation badge is necessary for this role.

Candidates will not be cleared to report until South Carolina license is active.

During hurricane season, all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams.

Candidates should be aware of hurricane season from June through November.

Modules will not be billable and take an average of 4 hours to complete.

All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.

Submission of RTO after initial submission will not be accepted.

Preference is given to candidates with a South Carolina RN license in hand.
