Travel RN Job Details Location : Cleveland, OH 44113 (Ohio City district) Unit : 5D Orthopedic / Surgical (Med / Surg Telemetry) Assignment Length : 13 weeks Shift : Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7 : 00pm - 7 : 30am) Hours per Week : 36 Employment Type : Travel RN Contract Start Date : December 19, 2025 End Date : March 20, 2026 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780 - $1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience required Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification before start date Two recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med / Surg Telemetry (charge RN references accepted) Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions considered) Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen within 12 months of start Travel Nurse Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic / surgical telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in orientation and required competency assessments Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare policies and procedures Experience the excitement of Cleveland's Ohio City district-known for its historic charm, thriving local businesses, and easy access to Lake Erie.
