Prepare and review complex tax returns across multiple entity types, including individual (1040), corporate (1120 / 1120S), partnership (1065), trust (1041), and nonprofit (990) filings.Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all tax services.Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, providing proactive tax consulting and strategic planning guidance.Conduct technical research on complex tax matters and develop customized solutions for client challenges.Mentor and develop staff and senior-level tax professionals through training, work review, and constructive feedback.Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and deep knowledge of current tax laws and financial regulations.Collaborate with firm leadership to develop innovative approaches to evolving client needs.Qualifications
Active CPA license (highly preferred).7+ years of progressive public accounting experience with focus on tax preparation, review, and consulting.Demonstrated technical proficiency across individual, business, trust, and nonprofit taxation.Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clientele.Experience coaching and developing junior tax professionals.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing competing priorities.If you're an experienced CPA or tax professional seeking a role where you can work with high-net-worth clients, grow your career, and contribute to a firm that values both professional excellence and personal well-being — we'd love to hear from you.
