• Minimum of 18 months Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience
• Certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS

Description :

Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU nurses provide care for patients with congenital heart disease, post-surgical repair, heart failure, arrhythmias, and transplant.

The unit accommodates a range of patients from neonatal to young adult, with occasional adult congenital heart disease patients.

The nurse-to-patient ratio by shift is 1 : 1 for ICU status, 1 : 2 for step-down / non-ICU in overflow unit, and 1 : 3 for other cases.

Successful candidates must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the healthcare team are essential for delivering high-quality patient care.
