We are a reputable truck repair facility seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Writer / Dispatcher to manage the day-to-day operations of our mobile diesel repair fleet. The role primarily involves dispatching a team of five diesel mechanics who provide mobile repair services throughout Southern California, with a focus on the Anaheim, CA area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Dispatch & Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule repair jobs for a team of mobile diesel mechanics based on their skillset and job requirements.
• Work Orders & Invoicing : Create and manage work orders, ensure accurate documentation, and process invoices for completed work.
• Customer Relations : Act as the point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the repair process.
• Team Support : Assist technicians with troubleshooting and ensure they have all the necessary resources to complete repairs efficiently.
• Prioritization & Organization : Think on your feet and prioritize tasks based on job requirements, location, and technician availability.
