Job Description

Part-time employees must be available at least 3 days per week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one weekend day. Availability for peak holiday shifts is also required.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality
• Assist with daily studio tasks and projects
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
• Support instructors during classes
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure efficiency
• Help train and coach new front desk hires
• Maintain knowledge of retail operations
• Uphold SoulCycle’s aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
• Clean and prep studio equipment and spaces
