LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Products Liability Litigation Paralegal for our client in Plano, TX . This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a law firm, managing the full life-cycle of litigation for products liability cases.

Responsibilities :
Work directly with attorneys on product liability, warranty, franchise and distribution law litigation, and other complex business disputes in a variety of industriesExperienced in case preparation from start to finish, with a thorough understanding of a paralegal's role in the litigation life cycle, particularly in product liability litigationMaintain and monitor court deadlines for assigned cases and take ownership of case calendarsElectronically file documents with the court through the ECF system under attorney supervisionPerform online legal research using PACERDraft pleadings, notices, and motionsPrepare deposition notices and organize, maintain and prepare deposition materials, exhibits and summariesTrack and manage discovery, including document productionsParticipate in case strategy meetingsPrepare for and attend trialsHandle routine calls and correspondence to courts, outside attorneys, and clientsQualifications :
Minimum 8 years of products liability litigation experience in a law firm setting requiredTrial experience required2-year or 4-year degree and a paralegal certificate (however, work experience may be substituted for education)Conduct legal research using various research tools, including WestlawIf you're an experienced litigation paralegal in products liability, apply now!
