Key Responsibilities :

• Improve patient care and quality of life through comprehensive nursing practices.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to tailor personalized care plans.
• Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate interventions.
• Consider all dimensions of health while developing strategic management plans.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the implications of patient health issues.
• Foster collaboration among healthcare team members for effective care delivery.
• Engage in open communication that respects cultural and ethical aspects of care.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and comfort measures.
• Mentor and inspire nursing colleagues and students.
• Apply evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Maintain alertness and safety in all nursing activities.
• May conduct point-of-care testing as necessary.
