A company is looking for a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an AZ credential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various tools
Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with clinical outcomes
At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs / RBTs
Active BCBA certification and Arizona license (required)
Ability to pass a background check (required)
