SENIOR MANAGER, PRODUCT LIFECYCLE

The Blue Shield Strategic Solutions team defines the product offering strategy and roadmap across the enterprise portfolio. The Senior Manager Product Lifecycle will report to the Vice President of Product Strategy. In this role, you will operationalize and support a strategic product lifecycle across health plan value segments within the strategic solutions team.

Your Work

• Manage internal and external resources executing projects within the Product Development Lifecycle, including strategic, enterprise-wide support.
• Be accountable for market readiness status and specific initiative status, including risk / issue monitoring and tracking for both.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise processes and experience for assigned line of business.
• Lead end-to-end definition and execution of accurate, scalable, and repeatable engagement models and tools that enable our team to execute flawlessly in a cross-functional matrixed environment.
• Provide oversight to Product Enterprise Engagement Model (PEEM) including budget tracking and resource planning.
• Support sub workstream leads in the consolidation of information, voice of customer into requirements and solution design.
• Support definition and standardization of business plan across portfolio.
• Design and format slides for strategic communication at workgroup and sub workgroup meetings.
