FTE : Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Weekend Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary : We are seeking an experienced Lead Sterile Processing Technician to guide and mentor our team in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will utilize your advanced knowledge of sterile processing to lead by example and ensure efficient operations within the department.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of team members to foster productivity and ensure high-quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, and facilitate problem-solving to meet departmental needs.
• Participate in the handling of complex situations and guide team members in troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgement while working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
