Project Assignment Coordinator - Hybrid schedule out of Garner, NC office
Client is seeking a Project Assignment Coordinator - Construction Project Coordinator who is responsible for day-to-day administration of assignment services. This individual will act as a liaison between affected professionals, internal functional stakeholders (such as Legal, Payroll, Accounts Payable or Tax), and internal sector line leaders (such as HR Partners, Project Managers, etc); utilize Assignment Pro, PeopleSoft and shared drive files for assignment tracking and related reporting for identified population; and prepare and approve assignment letters and related documents.
