In this role you'll work closely with the Compliance Engineers. You will assist with product preparation and test, interface with regulatory bodies to plan and execute product and component certifications. Support the development and realization of automated test systems and manage test assets. Install and setup test samples and infrastructure (equipment).

You'll be required to work on ELV, LV and HV systems both within the Tesla Laboratory and external testing facilities. Maintain ISO 17025 QMS accreditation, and the smooth running of the laboratory including the purchasing of consumables, equipment and services including calibration management.

A high degree of integrity and ethics are required for this regulatory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and instrument test samples, execute tests, record, and analyze results on power electronics and battery storage systems
• Assist with testing at in-house and local contract laboratories
• Support the debug of products and sub-systems
• Support the build and test of automated test equipment and peripherals
• Rework prototypes and printed circuit board assemblies
• Carry out duties as defined by the engineers

Expected Compensation

$24.40 - $50.40 / hour + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
