Qualifications :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in home health or a related field.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Exceptional clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits :

Conduct thorough patient assessments in the comfort of their homes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their healthcare needs.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.Administer prescribed medications and treatments, while monitoring and documenting patient responses.Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing chronic conditions and promoting overall wellness.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.Perform regular visits to assess patient progress, address concerns, and modify care plans as needed.Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and ethical nursing practices.
