Basic Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

No experience required and on the job training provided

No high school diploma GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications :

Customer service experience

1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities :

• Perform scope at the rest of the campus as time permits.
• Enforce parking regulations at campus parking locations.
• Prioritize focus one full day each week at a specific district (e.g. North Campus West Campus East Campus).
• Officers work foot patrol and / or in conjunction with license-plate reader vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with loading zone policies.
• Document walk-offs to apartments.
• Issue tickets in parking garages.
