Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Run company provided leads (3 to 4 appointments guaranteed a day for top closers)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Business development : Events, creating new relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales goals within assigned timelines
  • Work closely with production, estimating, and marketing teams to drive results
  • Track leads, contracts, and follow-up using CRM tools
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity

Requirements :

  • Proven track record of 5 years in direct-to-consumer roofing experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Endurance : expected to stand and walk for extended durations
  • Agility : capable of climbing ladders, walking on rooftops, and safely descending
  • Strength : regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility : must be able to carry and maneuver ladders as needed
