Were hiring an Influencer Marketing Assistant to help expand and manage our network of creatorshandling research, outreach, gifting coordination, and content tracking. This role plays a direct part in identifying creators who align with our brand, initiating collaborations, organizing product send-outs, and ensuring we receive content that supports ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple moving conversations at once. The ideal candidate is also familiar with the process of what makes a partnership successfulfrom both a content and brand fit perspective.
While primarily focused on influencer partnerships, this role also supports broader marketing efforts as needed, including photoshoots, launch preparation, and key initiatives led by the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Program Management
- Research and identify creators who align with the brands voice, vision, and values
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and communication timelines
- Coordinate product giftingconfirming sizes, styles, and ensuring shipments are fulfilled
- Track creator content delivery and maintain organized records of performance and usage
Campaign & Content Support
Assist with the planning and logistics of influencer-led campaignsSupport the marketing team with day-to-day prep for photoshoots, content days, and brand activationsHelp maintain the marketing calendar and stay aligned on timelines and deliverablesMarketing Operations
Work closely with the Head of Marketing on influencer reports, recaps, and tracking documentsAssist in maintaining internal tools and dashboards for influencer and content managementBe available to support in-office and on-site needs related to shoots, brand projects, and content executionQualifications :
13 years of relevant experience in influencer marketingBachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in a related fieldClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with social platforms and outreach tools used in creator marketingHighly organized with strong attention to deadlines and follow-upsPassion for fashion, brand storytelling, and creator partnershipsFlexibility to support in-person marketing activities when requiredCollaborative, dependable, and solution-focused attitudeReports To : Head of Marketing and Brand Director
Compensation : $22 / hour
