- Performs patient assessments in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes.

- Implements a plan of care with measurable criteria consistent with work class performance levels.
- Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family / support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Contributes to a high-performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.
- Apply for nursing council or committee and be vested on one council at least every 5 years. 80% attendance in person or by phone is required. Advancements in Clinical Ladder will be reflected in yearly application process and is expected for job performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications :
Education – Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience – Graduate of RN Program
Licensure – Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Some areas may require a current and valid driver’s license.
Reports to : Reports to and is accountable to the Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, and / or Director of the area.

- Experience : Graduate of RN Program
