Patient Service Specialist - California

A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist in the OB / Perinatology department.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with patients, payers, and providers for accurate registration and check-in processes

Manage customer billing inquiries and assist with HPE eligibility and payment arrangements

Support clinical care staff and ensure a proactive approach to customer service

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in computer applications and excellent mathematical skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines

2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare / medical office environment preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and billing guidelines preferred
