In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing market trends, and collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients to develop effective, value-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing, conducting site assessments, and using estimating software to ensure precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and value engineering, all while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements :

• Must have 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to asses cost saving is required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications accurately is required

Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Benefits :

Compensation : $28 - $43 / Hourly
