Job Overview - Physical Therapist (PT) :
Join our client's team in Philadelphia, PA, as a Physical Therapist (PT), delivering both in-person and remote care to patients with knee, back, or hip pain. In this full-time role, you'll evaluate patients and custom fit FDA-cleared devices designed to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
Compensation : $110,000 / year
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Schedule : Monday to Friday (On-Site)
Responsibilities as the Physical Therapist (PT) :
- Evaluations : Perform physical therapy evaluations and ongoing reassessments both in-person and through telehealth models.
- Clinical Decisions : Implement suitable interventions and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
- Patient Care : Offer exceptional patient care through communication via phone, text, email, and video calls.
- Collaboration : Work with product specialists, SDRs, and account managers to meet business and clinical goals.
- Field Visits : Conduct home visits or attend on-site events when necessary.
- Compliance : Safeguard patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications for the Physical Therapist (PT) :
Experience : 3-5 years as a Physical Therapist, with at least 2 years of Outpatient experience.Licensure : Active Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania.Certification : CPR / BLS certification.Technology : Proficient in MS Office, telemedicine tools, and DME devices, with the ability to conduct private video visits.Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Travel : Active driver's license and ability to travel as needed.Application Notice : Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
