Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our dentists and patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused setting.

Responsibilities :

• Assist dentists with patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, taking vital signs, and providing post-operative instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Utilize medical imaging equipment, including digital X-rays, to capture images of patients' teeth and mouths.
• Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Support dentists during procedures, including pediatric dentistry, and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Operate dental equipment, including Dentrix, and maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
• Develop a strong understanding of dental assisting procedures and protocols, with a focus on pediatric dentistry.
