• Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS; Preferred : TNCC & NIHSS

Must have experience with our patient populations and high acuity, we are the tertiary care center for MCHS. CRRT, IABP, Impella, and ECMO experience are not required but certainly desired / helpful. All our nurses take care of POD 1 heart patients, immediate postop heart patients cared for 1 : 1 by specifically trained nurses.

Rotating days / nights(will take preference into account)

Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Cardiovascular surgery (CABG, AVR, MVR, AAA), traumas (level 2 trauma center), NSTEMI / STEMI, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, general surgery, ortho surgery, ENT surgery, any other surgical pts needing ICU
