We are currently looking for an experienced Clinic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations for our St. Matthew's location. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to shift priorities as situations arise to ensure a steady workflow while maintaining a positive work environment. Strong leadership, problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of Clinic Operations are critical for success in this role.

- Manages employees to CP&S Mission, Vision, Values, and the CP&S Pledge to our patients
- Employee Engagement- encourages open communication and supports professional development to optimize workflow efficiencies
- Culture Driver- fosters a culture of continuous improvement, cross-functional training and an open-door policy while maintaining offices policies are procedures are intact
- Establishes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve employee performance with measurable outcomes
- Creates and maintains employee schedules while addressing any scheduling conflicts
- Reviews, approves and submits employee timecards to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Assists Human Resources with the hiring, recruiting and promotion process
- Facilitate performance evaluations with staff
Operations Management :
Coordinates with Healthcare Providers to meet the demands of the office and maintains the application operating procedures and policiesEfficiently manages patient scheduling and patient flowProactively manages Operations Supplies and FF&E inventoryAssists CBO Practice Administrator with Billing & Collections oversightAssists with Credentialing as directedRegularly attends quarterly and periodic Management meetings at corporate officeCompliance :
Keeps abreast of latest developments and changes with PIP, HIPAA, OSHA, FMLA, ACA, and applicable state laws and regulationsEnsures patient records and communication are within HIPAA compliance Required Skills Skills and Abilities :3+ Years of Medical Office Operations Management Experience (preferred)Communication skills- high ability to listen and address clinic staff concernsStrong organization and multitasking abilityDeep understanding of medical office procedures to include resource allocation, budgeting and facility managementRegulations Compliance- Insurance, Operations Management, Scheduling, HIPAA Compliance, OSHA Compliance, Legal Compliance, etc.Ability to manage high levels of stress and capable of making sound difficult decisionsMust be compassionate and enjoy helping others.Empathy and patience is a highly valued quality that one must possess.Highly proficient with computers : EMR Software, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Education and Experience :
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or applicable field of study.Physical Requirements :
The physical demands of this position will include sitting and standing with occasional light to medium lifting. Ability to help lift patients and transport in wheelchair from clinic to parking lot.
