What Youll Do

  • Answer inbound calls / web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients.
  • Guide each client to the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or PartD plan using our quote-and-enroll platform.
  • Submit e-apps in full CMS compliance and log notes in the CRM.
  • Follow up on pending business to maximize placement and renewals.

  • Phone-based sales, call-center, or customer-service experience.
  • Comfort navigating multiple web tools while talking.
