Location : Latham, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems and enterprise applications, including requirements development, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and validating high-quality functional and technical requirements using project-specific methodologies such as user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and business design documentation.
• Proficient in developing, executing, and reviewing detailed test plans and test cases to confirm that delivered solutions fully align with documented requirements and quality standards.
• Strong background in defect management - logging, analyzing, reproducing, and troubleshooting issues across both testing and production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, program leadership, and executive management through written documentation and status reporting.
• Hands-on experience contributing to IT initiatives utilizing established project management practices, including scope, timeline, risk, and resource coordination.
• Project experience supporting state or federal government programs, adhering to public sector standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Active contributor to organizational change management, including supporting UAT sessions, coordinating and delivering user training, and providing post-deployment support to drive successful adoption.
• Holds a Master's Degree.
