Nurse Practitioner NP or Physician Assistant PA-C, Full-Time, HRA, Traveler

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in Virginia.

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will be required to travel the entire state with travel to additional states based on the needs of the business. NPs / PAs willcomplete an average of30 assessments per week / 6 assessments per day. Extended stays away from home location will likely occur. Providerswill be reimbursed for travel mileage hotel and meals.

Position Summary

Qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistantsinterested inthispositionwill have the opportunity to interact with members in a more intimate setting. Unlike a typical clinic visit this role allows NPs / PAs to connect with patients on a more personal and effective level. Nurse Practitioners performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.
