Job Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings including plumbing carpentry and painting tasks.
• Maintain and repair heating cooling air-conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot various maintenance problems efficiently and effectively.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance concerns and address them proactively.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as required.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
