Job Schedule : Part-time

Weekly Hours : 12.00

Salary Range : $38.00 - $48.00

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 available!

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents by utilizing the nursing process, which includes :

• Assessment
• Diagnosis
• Outcomes / Planning
• Implementation
• Evaluation

You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning and execution. You will have the opportunity to manage the care coordination, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and perform various nursing interventions throughout all phases of resident care.

In addition, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while providing guidance to ensure safe and effective resident care. You will uphold the highest professional standards and ethical practices as outlined by the nursing profession.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates who have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. You must possess an unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice, or multistate licensure if applicable.
