About the Role
The role of the candidate is to provide technical knowledge and on-hands troubleshooting with product problems. The Level II employee will receive direction from upper management. The role also means the employee is expected to apply their experience to more complicated tasks, building upon experience to further expand on their knowledge base. It is important that the employee has motivation and good social skills, interacts well with others, and willing to ask for help, if needed. Finally the employee must be able work with limited supervision once given a specific task. Finally in this role you will be required to solve a complexity two problem.
Provides operational, maintenance and troubleshooting skills to Canon High speed production printers. This is possible by using prior experience in the areas of mechnical, electrical and industrial engineering disciplines, although a specific degree is not required

Were looking for a dedicated individual with :
Associates degree in mechanical or mechanical engineering capacity from an accredited college or technical school or equivalent experience.HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role : $21.50-30.75 Hourly.
