Technical Service Administrator

As the Technical Communicator Admin., you will be responsible for providing report data from / for the technical department. Coordination of calls, e-mails and dealer DSN requests. Provide documents as needed (systems operations, service magazines, TIB's and service letters) for our technicians, PSSRs and management. Verify troubleshooting coordination assistance, DSN communications to Cat and technicians, sales reps and customers in order to enhance the service, sales and reliability of the Caterpillar Product. Managing customer access to Cat SIS2 and ET.

To be successful in this position you should have a prior experience in an administrative role, be able to provide a superior customer experience, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently. This position will place you in both an office and shop setting.
