About the Role : As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact, answering questions and resolving concerns. Responsibilities : Answer a high volume of inbound calls Resolve issues and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible. Handle concerns calmly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and follow company policies. Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals and service standards.
