Pediatrician (Part-Time)

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive prorated salary based on years of experience

• Vacation : 3 weeks (120 hours)
• Holidays : Up to 9 days annually
• Sick Time : 5 days accrued annually (40 hours)
• Personal Day : 1 day annually (8 hours)

• Malpractice Insurance through Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
• Licensure reimbursement for DEA, CDS, and NJ medical licenses
• Continuing Education : 4 days and $1,500 annually
• Lifetime individual health benefits after 20 years with retirement age of 60
• Long-Term Care coverage at $3,500 per month with self-insurance options
• Long-Term Disability : 60% of salary up to age 65
• Life Insurance : 3x annual salary up to $250,000
• 403(b) with 50% match up to 5% of annual salary after 1 year
• Access to supplemental insurance (Life, AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident)
