As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This position is particularly for a weekend Day / Wound Care Nurse in Jeffersonville, GA.

Job Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
• Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures
