Producing highly accurate estimates, bids, and proposals that land big deals

Conducting detailed take-offs from blueprints, plans, and site visits

Working closely with sales, project management, and field teams for seamless execution

Reviewing contract terms to ensure pricing and scope are on point

Managing critical documentation such as submittals, change orders, and closeouts

Participating in pre-construction meetings to set the project up for success

What You Bring :

Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installations

Advanced skills in blueprint reading and take-offs

Proficiency in estimating tools (EDGE preferred) and Microsoft Office

Impeccable time management and communication skills
