A leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to support its enterprise-wide procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing procurement-related agreements across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal playbooks and compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain the centralized contract repository, tracking renewals, deliverables, deadlines, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate internal reviews, due diligence, and approvals with teams such as Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor negotiations and oversee end-to-end contract execution.
- Support the full contract lifecycle by collaborating closely with legal, finance, risk, and procurement operations teams.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract process, obligations, and policy requirements.
- Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk analyses for leadership review.
- Contribute to the enhancement of standard templates, clauses, workflows, and operational policies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
- Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex contract matters as necessary.
- Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and industry updates impacting procurement and contracting practices.
Required Proficiencies
Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with legal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment.Discretion in handling confidential information.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.Paralegal certification is an advantage.5+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement contracting.Strong understanding of contract law concepts, risk management, and compliance.Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks preferred.Experience supporting global procurement or legal functions strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Role Details
