Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equivalent certification
Certifications Requirements : BLS certification, IV certification, and CPR certification
Experience Requirements : At least 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care or hospital settings; competent in g-tubes / enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and traches
Other Requirements : Ability to work 6a-2p, 2p-10p, or 10p-6a shifts; familiarity with EMR systems; strong soft skills including communication and adaptability

Job Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in long-term care, group homes, hospitals, or correctional facilities, adhering to state and facility guidelines.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities and progress.

Execute medication administration and nursing procedures with precision and safety.
