Nights, including both 8 and 12-hour shifts, with a rotation for every third weekend and holidays.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Unit Overview :
Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for various conditions.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients managing hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High-volume cervical and spinal surgeries, alongside medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you will have the opportunity to engage with the latest neurosurgical techniques and exceptional patient care.

Current RN license in the state of employment.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Graduation from an accredited nursing program.A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills and Abilities :
