A company is looking for a Data Support Analyst I to provide proactive customer service and support for aggregation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 level support via chat, email, and phone
Interface with end user clients and internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
Stay updated on system releases, new features, and bugs while adhering to performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; college degree preferred
2 years of customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
