Are you a seasoned forklift operator looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in New Castle, DE looking to add Forklift Operators to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to safely move, load, and unload materials using a forklift. Think this sounds like you? Keep reading to find out more!

  • Competitive hourly rate at $19 / hr.

    • What your day will look like :

  • Process, package, and ship orders with accuracy
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory levels
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Optimize and organize warehouse space
  • Accurately receive, unload, and store incoming items
  • Verify and fulfill customer orders
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials and products.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect forklift and equipment daily, reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and completed tasks.
  • Follow company safety policies, OSHA standards, and warehouse procedures.

    • What we are looking for :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of forklift experience
  • Strong math, language, and reading skills
  • Basic computer skills (may be required)
