Independent Sales Representative

We are looking for new INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVES who are ready to learn the business, to work hard, to have fun, and to finally earn what you’re worth.  High income potential, LOTS of training and support, flexible schedule, leads available, NO cold calling or door knocking!

Post-Covid, we work completely remote.  That means we are NOT limited to a single location but can continue to help our clients from just about anywhere.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, humble and prudent, and open to receiving feedback and coaching.  This is a licensed, 1099, independently contracted, commission selling position.

You will be selling life insurance and related products ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for help and advice.  ✅ Part-Time = 15-20 hours per week and can earn $3,000-$6,000+ per month. ✅ Full-Time = 35-45 hours per week and can earn $7,000-$15,000+++ per month.

The Ideal Candidate's Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell our products and services - Strategically present benefits and advantages received from having protection coverage to prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects and clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Symmetry's overall market opportunity and presence.
