Tinker Federal Credit Union's Member Service Center has an immediate opening for a full-time Member Support Specialist I ! What You'll Do : As a Member Support Specialist I, you'll be the first point of contact for our members - handling 80-100+ calls per day to assist with a wide range of financial needs. This is a high-volume, high-energy role that requires empathy, focus, and a passion for helping people.

You will :

• Assist members via phone and digital channels with non-cash transactions and account support
• Provide accurate information about TFCU products and services
• Guide members through digital banking tools and promote self-service options
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex or unique member issues

Schedule & Work Hours :

8 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM, 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM, 9 : 30 AM-6 : 30 PM, 10 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM
