Job description20 shifts per month Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday 8A - 4 : 30P Night Call : 4 : 30p-8a 24 Hour Weekend Call : 8a-8a Board Certified or Board Eligible- REQUIRED Active NY License - REQUIRED Certifications : BLS- REQUIRED Ongoing need till permanent hired Solo coverage No admissions, only consults. Inpatient and Outpatient # of consults per week- 2-3 Weekend evening call is low and it is TBD if this may be covered by another site. Weekend call is 1 weekend out of 5 and weekend volume is also low. Provider would only be called onsite if there was a stat consult which is rare. APP mid level coverage-1 full time Adult population only Average Outpatient per day : 15 APP s available for coverage EMR : Aria
