A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with collections processes and manage customer accounts Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection activities Research Accounts Receivable issues and identify opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivables, and credit experience Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel Understanding of basic accounting principles Familiarity with different methods of billing and invoicing customers
