edge for our warfighters! A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in
fighter / attack pilot training and tactics development, focusing on
4th and 5th generation high-performance aircraft. Design, develop,
and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored for
aircrew training requirements. Develop and maintain courseware and
training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives
and customer needs. Instruct advanced pilot training courses and
evaluate program effectiveness using customer feedback and
operational data. Operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) to
execute approved training syllabi. Support military pilots in
maintaining qualification levels through upgrade and tactics
training within Boeing's training systems. Implement and support
Boeing initiatives, programs, and policies to maintain training
excellence and compliance. Adhere to site security and access
control procedures in accordance with Boeing and customer
requirements. Ensure proper handling and sanitization of classified
media and training materials in compliance with Boeing and customer
security protocols. Collaborate closely with Boeing training teams
and customer representatives at dedicated training sites to meet
training and continuation training objectives. Maintain appropriate
security clearances as required by Boeing and customer programs.
Extensive experience as a Pilot / WSO, Fighter / Attack with knowledge
of 4th and / or 5th generation high-performance fighter aircraft.
Demonstrated expertise in pilot training, tactics development, and
evaluation of training effectiveness. Flexibility to perform
additional duties and related responsibilities as assigned to
support Boeing's training mission. ~ Travel is expected based on
contractual requirements up to 10%-50% of the time.
(Domestic / International) 10+ years of higher education and / or
related work experience (Higher education includes college,
university, technical school, licensing / certification programs,
etc.) ~ Relevant degree from an accredited institution or
equivalent experience combined with specialized training and
professional experience aligned with the assignment. ~ Proven
ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training
solutions and courseware development. ~ Knowledge of crew resource
management, flight planning, and industry regulations, along with
advanced pilot aviation skills. ~ Experience in developing
comprehensive training materials, including syllabus development,
lesson plans and multimedia resources. Boeing is a Drug Free

$126,000- $181,000 Senior Consultant Salary Range : $158,000-
$236,000 Sign-on bonus of $15k-$30k for eligible / qualified
