About the Role :

We're looking for a Front of House Manager to join our Gainesville teamsomeone who leads with heart, thrives on great service, and is eager to grow with us. This role is perfect for a high-potential individual who may not have tons of experience yet but brings strong people skills, a desire to learn, and a natural presence in the dining room.

You'll be hands-on in the restaurant, supporting day-to-day operations with a focus on front-of-house excellence. That includes team leadership, a constant floor presence, and handling key admin tasks like scheduling and payroll assistance.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and inspire the FOH team with a warm, guest-first approach
• Be a strong presence in the dining roomengaging with guests and coaching your team in real time
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and supporting payroll
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
• Ensure service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met
• Help maintain a positive, team-focused culture that reflects the 4 Rivers mission
