This role involves independent circulation of patients. The unit operates 14 operating rooms, including hybrid and multipurpose facilities. Day shift consists of 14-16 RNs and surgical techs. Patient ratios are 1 : 1 for optimal care. Standard operating room equipment is utilized, along with advanced video systems. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and a friendly demeanor. The unit performs a wide range of surgical procedures excluding transplants. Preference is given to candidates with prior scrubbing experience.
